Mark Kokonas began his career at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C., a regional public accounting firm. He started as a staff accountant and moved his way up to senior tax associate before his departure in August of 2012. He specialized in individual and corporate taxation as well as in the wealth management division. Mark worked mainly with high net wealth individuals and closely held family business in various industries, including but not limited to technology, advertising and government contracting. In August of 2012, Mark joined another regional public accounting firm by the name of Morrison, Brown, Argiz and Farra, LLC. He was with MBAF, LLC for 9 years until his departure in January of 2021.
During his time at MBAF, Mark specialized in high net wealth individuals and closely held companies. He also spent some time working in the international tax and corporate taxation divisions. For 4 years of his time at MBAF, he oversaw the Athlete and Entertainment division of MBAF, which was comprised of roughly 75 athletes, entertainers and musicians. In January of 2021, Mark co-founded Conversion Media Group, LLC. His current position with the firm is that of CFO. Mark oversees all financials aspects of the company as well as helping in data analytics and company recruitment. Mark has been a registered CPA in the state of Florida since February of 2009. In addition, he has also been a member of both the AICPA and FICPA since late 2009.
